60 Miles by Road or Rail

Andy is the founder and Artistic Director of 60 Miles by Road or Rail, an arts organisation creating multidisciplinary projects inspired by communities’ relationships to place. Started in Andy’s home town of Northampton, 60 Miles brings different generations together to question and strengthen collective and individual relationships to a place. It does this by championing local people to create unique experiences inspired by the specificity of our communities’ shared experiences, whilst creating paid opportunities for local artists.

60 Miles was shortlisted for New Diorama’s Untapped Award in 2025.
